Kinda boring weekend. Stayed at home Friday night and had to work yesterday afternoon. The last time in the gas-station I think, I need the time for school and Abitur (the last big tests). But I was out yesterday night, till half to three at the Kaserbar (what else). Was fun with Hubi quite drunken, lots of funny video-quiz games :-) I think I didn't get up until 11am and again at 6pm (yeah sleeping at afternoon is best). Last nite I had Susi promised to be at the cam at 1pm, but uhh there was Winnie the Puuh at TV and I love that funny movie. And I played some more SimuTrans, ugly and quite basic but a nice game. It gonna be a quite week, no tests but I should study for History.

People say my fingernail are long, I don't think they are but I'll cut them down a bit today. So here's a picture of my fingernails (really). 0 commentss »

Not many news. I'm running the webcam all the time, at night you can watch the special LavaCam ;-) and I've set up a page for it which will reload the image every 30 seconds.

I got my webcam (LogiTech QuickCam VC) working, the driver was found quite easy but after it doesn't support mmap (don't ask) some software I'd like to use doesn't work with it :-( But finally I found vgrabbj and used that to do a shot every 15 seconds and upload that image w/ my own siteupload.pl and damn it's working :-) There's already a small collection of shots 0 commentss »

Some shiny new toys for you. First I applied the deepdownbelow design from last weekend to my website. It looks quite cool now. Second I've written some more lines on my Totalverweigerung, I hope that some will read it and do the same.

Have fun with the cops - part one Was in the Kaserbar tonite, didn't talk with this cute grrl but that's a different story. So after two (boring) hours I left for home. A kilometer before arriving at home I came to a police car and they were checking everybody coming along. I had to get out of the car, they searched it quite good (let's say they got bored of this fucked up car and didn't search the fucking boring, empty trunk) and also my pockets. After some 5 minutes they were done with me and let me go. Have fun with the cops - part two So I drove home, and guess what, directly at my house there was another police car, checking people coming from the other direction. A normal man might have slowed down his car and drive carfully to his house. But hey I'm TomK32 I'm crazy. So I took the last curve to the house faster than ever before and of course lost kinda controll, stopped the car still on track and just when I wanted to drive a bit back they "stopped" me and told me to leave the car. This time I had to do this alcohol-test and they also checked my stuff again. Of course they let me go, no warning-not-do-that-agin or such a thing. Yeah, this night was real fun :-)

I was at the physical test of German "Bundeswehr" (army) today. Believie it or not, but every young man has to do that here in Germany. So I had to wake up at 5:40am and drove these 50 kilometers to the "Kreiswehrersatzamt" where the test took place. Some boring reaction, logic and knowledge test at a computer and then a medical check. Of course I didn't cheat unlike other people (hey Hubi...) and so I was found fit for military service. Now I have a few choices. First serve for 9 months in the army (thanks, no), second do a 10 months lasting civil service (Zivildienst) or third do neither nor and risk upto 3 years prison. This last choice is called "Totalverweigerung" (total disobedience) and out of 400 thousand young man every year only a few dozen take this way. Now guess what I gonna do. Nothing. I'll do the things I normally do, prepare for university starting in autumn and if the army writes me (it's a 45% chance that they never will) that I have to join them, I won't. Reading other peoples experience with total disobedience I will be captured a few weeks later by a army troop, be carried to a army base and there I'll again do nothing. I will face 3x21 days of arrest (although there are reports that it can be much more) and a civil lawsuit which might result in 3 years prison. The normal punishment is a few months on proof. Of course the lawsuit will be a political statement against the compulsory military service which is in my eyes one of the most stupid things in Germany. I'll put up a page about what's happening and the current state later, so watch out.

I watched one of the best movies that year yesterday, Vanilla Sky. It's really a cool movie, hard to keep track until the end, it's moving fast and the story is really the best I've seen for years. Will go for it another time.

I feel so empty again, don't like that feeling. I should recieve my Logitech webcam in a few days, sold the not-working Intel one and got the Logitech for 20€ at EBay. A few days and you can watch my ugly face all over the world ;-)

OKOK, fourth entry gonna be the last one for today, I promise. I did a new design for OSWD, first one since November... 2000. You can also ckeck it here. Kinda underwater ain't it? Believe it or not, but I sold some stuff at Ebay, the cam went for 25€ and the ISDN nic for unbelievable 30 bucks. Everyone is getting DSL in Germany but there still some who want ISDN... can't understand that. Uhh and I've earned another 30 bucks by helping a friend of my mom w/ his computer. Had to install some business managing software plus Microcrap SQL-Server.

I'm currently mailing with maco about working together for a new version of MySecretDiary. He has written an app called MyOwnDiary, funny no? If we lay our work together it might result in something like MyOwnSecretDiary :o) uh, and sorry for today's bombing ;-)
